Each piece is handmade and one of a kind. There will be variation in glaze, vessel, size, and firing attributes. No two pieces are the same. Style Union Home takes pride in instilling the Gold Standard on all objects that we sell.
While pieces can withstand the dishwasher, for best results we suggest to hand wash with care.

All orders shipped via UPS and will be processed in 1-2 business days. Because all of our pieces are handmade, (thrown on a wheel or hand built, glazed and fired) everything in our shop is made to order. Please allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks to receive your order. Duties are costs associated with buying a product that's shipped from a different country. All customers are required to pay duties upon delivery. Please email us if you will be unable to do so.
Payment Terms: Immediate payment required. Payment types accepted: credit card, paypal, cash, or bank transfer. In the event of returned payment a 10% penalty of overall order value will be assessed.
Production: All pieces are designed and produced in Los Angeles, California. All designs are original artwork by Kym Gold.
Lead Time: Lead time will be quoted upon receipt of payment for order. And order confirmation email will be sent with order summary, inclusive of lead time. Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks from order confirmation date for the shipment to be processed.Shipping: All orders will be shipped via UPS. All orders are shipped insured with tracking numbers provided. In the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged package, customers must provide notification to Style Union Home within 72 hours of delivery as stated by tracking number. In the event of damage resulting from transit, customers must send pictures of damage to Style Union Home. Style union Home will file a claim with the shipment carrier. All remedies are limited to monies paid by insurance resulting from a valid and accepted claim. Insurance and shipment costs are customer responsibility.
